GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Each Participant must send the Application Form by fax, E-Mail or through our website
Once we receive your application form, we will book
all your requested services within one working day. We will send you an e-mail showing all bookings, accommodation,
airport transfer, Tango program, etc.
All expenses regarding all payments will be paid by the applicant.
All payments must be made in US Dollars.
If
you want to extend your stay, please inform us as soon as possible. This is very important for
course and accommodation scheduling.
Hotel bookings are only confirmed after payment. Once we receive your payment we will confirm
your apartment booking for your requested dates, and any change of dates and/or refunds are not allowed.
TERMS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTICIPANTS
Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT is not responsible
for personal injury or property damage arising out of the act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier, hotel, restaurant,
or other persons rendering any of the services or accommodation offered in the program. Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT
shall not be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property otherwise resulting, directly
or indirectly, dangers incident, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure
or de facto, wars, whether declared of not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics,
quantities, medical or custom regulations, or from any causes beyond Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas, or other documents,
and Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT sustained or incurred by program participants as a result of any of the foregoing
causes. Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT shall also not be responsible in any way for the loss of or damage to participant's
baggage.
I agree to carry my own health insurance, and that Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT will in no way be held
responsible for any injury, sickness, death or the aggravation of any pre-existing condition I may experience while on, or
after returning from the trip.
I agree that as a responsible member in the program, I will pay any costs
incurred as a result of my actions, whether intentional or unintentional, negligent or willful, and the costs of any damages
whatsoever resulting from my conduct, speech, action or inaction, while participating in the program. I further agree to hold
Creative Bridges for Language Learning /CDT, their agents, representatives, employees,
and volunteers in the program harmless for such costs, expenses, or any damages whatsoever arising from my speech, action,
inaction or conduct, whether intentional or unintentional, negligent or willful, including the legal costs associated with
defense of a claim for damages, costs or expenses, resulting from my conduct while a participant in the Total Immersion Program
in Buenos Aires.
Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT program reserves the right to change the program itinerary and arrangements
as necessary and will attempt to provide reasonable notice of such changes to participants.
I understand that Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT may choose to cancel the trip, and
if so, all monies that I have paid will be returned to me.
This agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of
New
Jersey.
Payment
I understand that my balance due payment must be on time, Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT cannot
guarantee reservation due to late payment, and may result in the cancellation of my trip and loss of substantial monies that
I have paid.
In the event that I wish to cancel my participation in the trip, I understand that if I notify Creative Bridges
for Language Learning/CDT of my intention to do so two month before the trip , I will receive a refund of all monies
paid, minus the registration fee that is non-refundable except in the event of trip cancellation by Creative Bridges for Language
Learning/CDT. In case of notification after , I will lose all the monies that have been paid
Registration Fee must be received by Creative
Bridges for Language Learning/CDT one week after signing up for the program along with the completed Participant Application
and Agreement Form. Registrations after this date will be accepted as space allows.
Once a person is accepted into the program, the Registration Fee is non-refundable
except in the event of trip cancellation by Creative Bridges for Language Learning

The Basic Program
Fee is subject to increase if Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT staff deem it necessary to cover increases in costs.
Cancellation Policy
If the participant and/or the sponsoring agency has not made full payment on time, and after receiving written notice
fails to comply within ten days of the notice, Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT reserves the right to cancel the
participant and withhold the Registration Fee.
If unpredictable circumstances necessitate cancellation by the participant, full refund of monies paid will be given
minus the Registration Fee plus any additional unrecoverable monies already expended. Cancellation must be in writing; or
by e-mail; verbal or telephone cancellations are not acceptable. If the program is canceled by Creative Bridges for Language
Learning/CDT due to low enrollment or other reasons, the Registration Fee and Program Fee will be fully refunded.
If, due to unforeseen
circumstances, the participant chooses to return to the US
prior to the completion of the trip, no money will be refunded and any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of
the participant.
Passport/Visa
A valid US passport is required
for participation in the Program, and sometimes a visa. Cost
of obtaining the passport and visa is not included in the Program Fee. It is the responsibility of the participant
to obtain a valid passport.
Customs
Read posted signs when going through customs. Keep all receipts and sales slips, and pack items to be declared, together.
Items which must be declared include : purchased items, gift items, items inherited while away; items purchased in duty-free
shops, or plane; items purchased for someone else; items purchased to sell or use in your business and items which have
been repaired or altered during your trip.
Departure/Arrival
Dates
It is the responsibility of the participant to be at the arrival/departure airport on time. Due to weather and other
unforeseen circumstances, cannot guarantee arrival and departure dates but will make all reasonable efforts to adhere to planned
departure and arrival dates. Participant could travel as a group from NY-BS.AS/BS.AS-NY. Participant coming from other Locations
will meet the group in Buenos Aires airport or meet
the group at the hotel in Buenos Aires .
Any participant
wishing to stay longer must make their own arrangements
Accommodations
Hotel accommodations are included and will be made to accommodate the entire delegation at the same hotel. Cost covers
hotel accommodations for eigth nights (All fees are based on triple occupancy)
Travel and Health Insurance:
Travel and Medical insurance is not included in the Program
Cost and is strongly recommended. We recommend that all participants check the adequacy of their medical coverage before going
overseas and obtain extra coverage if necessary.
Please note that Creative Bridges for Language Learning/CDT will not be responsible
for any cost incurred by the student relating to medical illness, accidents or any reason that will result in the student
early return.

cost are: airfare , travel and health insurance ; unscheduled individual or group activities or trips ; extra
spanish and tango lessons ; four dinners ; the cost of telephone or
cable charges ; laundry expenses ; personal tips ; or any other items or expenses of a purely personal nature.
